  • How to order ?
  • Browse on our catalog. On a product's page, select your colors or finishings (if available) and click on "add to cart" at bottom.
    Your cart is created and is always displayed wherever you are on the site.
    When you wish to check out or if you want to see the details of your order, click on "order" or "modify my cart" in the cart frame.
    On your order form, you can modify your quantities or cancel items (confirm by clicking on "recalculate" to see the new total)
    Then, select your delivery address and confirm by clicking "OK" (if you have created more than 1 delivery address, select the one you wish your order to be delivered to)
    You will see the price of each of available shipping options
    Online payment option is ticked by default. If you wish to pay by fax, tick the appropriate option and print your order form (more details on "can I pay offline"?)
    Click on "checkout" to pay and follow instructions.
  • How to choose my shipping options ?
  • 2 options are available :
    Choose PostExport for both light and low value items (such as refills) and if you can wait a few days (no insurance and no tracking number available)
    Prefer UPS for more security (medium to high value orders), quicker delivery notice (tracking number and limited insurance included)
    PostExport (Priority): boxes or bubble envelopes up to 2 kgs/4 lbs weight per pack (notice 3 to 10 business days(*)); deliveries by your local Post Office agent.
    UPS (Express courier): short to very short notice (UPS Standard (some destinations may be not available): notice of 4 to 6 business days(*)) or UPS Express (notice of 1 to 4 business days(*)), door-to-door service.

    Shipping fees vary according to both weight and destinations
  • How can I gift someone else ?
  • If you already have registered (see "how to register?"), you can create up to 4 extra delivery addresses for yourself or someone else (see in "my account" section, the "add modify/add delivery addresses" option).
  • When shall I be delivered ?
  • Availability of each item is displayed.
    "onstock" items, it is shipped immediately (after payment confirmation).
    If the item is marked with a notice, your order will be shipped upon delivery from our manufacturers (*)
    Notice can be estimated by: shipment date + selected shipping option notice = delivery
    To know more about the delivery notice of your current order, you can check directly on the carrier's website with the tracking number we have given you (PostExport excepted):

    UPS: got at www.ups.com (select your country on home page and type your tracking number in the frame "track".
    (*) Displayed notice is an average and may vary more or less. We shall advise you on real notice prior validating your order.
  • I have changed my mind, can I exchange or be refunded ?
  • If your order is already charged AND shipped, you shall be refunded of ordered items by reverse charge on your credit card, as soon as we receive your returned order. Shipping fees will be excluded.
    If your order is already charged but not shipped yet, you shall be refunded 100% by reverse charge on your credit card (see "Is paying online secure?")
    If you have changed your mind after you have been delivered, please return the item(s) to us within 1 (one) full month (starting invoice date)

  • Can I pay offline ?
  • If you feel uncomfortable paying online on a secure server, you can print your order form and fax it to us with your credit card numbers, expiration date and signature (Fax # 00 33 1 43 26 95 06). Our fax is secure and for our eyes only !
  • I don' t have a credit card, how can I buy ?
  • Credit cards are the easiest and fastest way to buy on the internet. You could pay by Swift Bank transfer (ask us), but expect to pay fees to your bank and we shall have to wait till your payment is validated on our bank account to ship your order.
    We recommend you to deal with a friend or a relative who has a credit card to order for you.
    We accept VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard (and affiliated cards bearing the logos of these groups) for payments. We regret not to accept any other credit cards.
  • Is paying online secure ?
  • When you proceed to checkout on our website, you are automatically routed on our bank's site on a highly secured page (SSL-128 bits) to ensure you maximum security.
    Therefore, we are never aware of your confidential data and only get an authorization number to validate your order payment.
    Nonetheless, if you feel uncomfortable giving your credit card numbers over the internet, read the "can I pay offline ? " section of this help page (above).
    Remark: for refunds on returned orders, we must know your credit card numbers to process a reverse charge on it.
  • Can I order by phone ?
  • For your security and ours, we regret not to accept orders by phone.
CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS
  • Do I have the obligation to create a personal account ?
  • If you only wish to browse on our website, you don't need to register.
    Nonetheless, if you wish to know your shipping fees and sales prices (tax-free if the delivery is outside the European Union, but French Sales tax added within the EU) or when you shall proceed to checkout with your order, you shall be asked to register to fill your order form.
    The system cannot price the shipping fees without a delivery address !
    Moreover, the advantages of registering are to customize your browsing options, find back your delivery address(es) without typing it (them) again and proceed faster to checkout at every order.
  • How to register ?
  • Click on "my account" index on top of main page and follow the procedure.
    You can customize your personal account (site's display, favorite currency, etc.)
  • I hate spam mail ! What is your privacy policy ?
  • We never communicate in any form any of our customer's confidential data to external party (unless if you choose UPS, for your phone number is absolutely required on transport forms).
    If you don't wish to be informed by us about new products or promotions, you can untick the mailing options in your personal account or just click on the "unsubscribe" link on bottom of each of our promotional messages that you receive from us.

  • I don't find on your site an item that I am looking for
  • We are at your service for any kind of request about fine stationery items.
    E-mail, fax or call us at our shop (+ 33 1 46 33 58 38), we shall respond you in the shortest notice (more details on the "who are we ?" section on home page)
  • How can I have more details or some advise about a product ?
  • We try to be as precise as possible on our items description, but if you need further information or advice on our products, e-mail, fax or call us, we shall respond in the shortest notice (more details on the "who are we?" section on home page)
PRICES
  • Can I shop tax-free from you ?
  • YES, If the delivery address is located outside Mainland France or the European Union (EU).
    For deliveries within Mainland France or the EU, French sales (19.60 %) will be included to every invoice, according to French Regulations on Domestic & EU Sales (*)
    In case of tax-free shopping, please be aware that the recipient will have to pay for possible import/customs taxes upon delivery (taxes depend on countries legislations, eventually check prior ordering).
    As an option (e.g. for a gift), you can pay these taxes in the name of the recipient (please ask us prior shipment). More details in our General Sales Conditions.
    (*) If you have not registered and just wish to browse on our website, be informed that our prices are indicated tax-free by default on the English version and included French sales tax on the French version (to comply with French Regulations).
  • Can I pay in my own currency (that is not the Euro) ?
  • For registered customers and for a more comfortable browsing, you can display our prices in American Dollars (go to "my account" section, and click on "modify my preferences") (*)
    Nonetheless, we invoice in Euros only.
    (*) Prices in American dollars are for your information only. We try to update regularly the rates Euro/US$, but charged sums will match our total in Euros. Rates are subject to variations according to banks and current rates on day of purchase.
